With Dr.  Trevor originally from West Virginia, and Dr. Gabrielle originally from South Florida, they relocated to St. John's with a mission and vision to help people walk in step with their healing. Having a passion for seeing people as God created them to be, both Dr. Trevor and Dr. G are dedicated to providing people with answers to their health struggles. With the understanding that health is a constant journey, we stride with you as you journey towards health. 

 

At Endeavor Health, we focus on delivering the highest quality of patient care in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We understand that no two people or issues are the same, which is why we create a custom-made recovery and rehabilitation plan for each one of our patients.
